If we can communicate without any agenda, without twisting and turning the words, without involving the past or the future - maybe that is actually what Satya is all about. Pure truthfulness, without all the interjections from our "feelings", just presence and mindfulness. Maybe that is where Satya lives, within that unfiltered and honest attention. We are so busy protecting ourselves when communicating, that perhaps the truthfulness gets lost somehow. Or it starts as truthfulness, but then it becomes something else. We exclaim, "but this is how I feel" - but its often not how we feel at all, but rather how we felt, or how we think we should feel....
